Okay, so I'm really excited to get into this episode, it's gonna be a little bit different from the other episodes I've done, because this has been just I've just this theme just keeps coming up for me
coming up and coming up and coming up this month. And it's really all about energy. Not only in terms of, you know, I've been promoting my mini course attraction, one on one a lot, which is all about energy. But I've had some manners lessons myself this month when it comes to energy. And I was like, Dude, we got to have this chat. So I think this is going to be a little bit more off the cuff kind of like having a chat about the law of attraction and energy in a way that I actually haven't talked about it before. But really, this energy piece is absolutely everything, really want to start this off by making it really clear that your energy, like how you feel, it determines like who and what you can attract into your life. So I have been doing this work, you know, as a dating coach for almost five years now. And while like it's always been about the law of attraction and the other universals other universal laws, like until now I haven't explicitly spoken about them. You know, and a lot of the reason why I haven't explicitly spoken about them is a lot of my own stuff. Because I had a lot of stuff come up for me when I had you know, what, I guess some people call like my awakening, you know, like I've spoken about before, on the podcast, podcast, I had that kind of situation where, you know, attracted this incredible man into my life, I was convinced he was the one he probably actually wasn't that incredible. If you listened to last week's episode, but you know, I had this whole, like, it's finally happening for me. And then he goes, me, and I really hit that low point. And it's so often that we hit that low point, we really need to feel that level of pain in order to be like, pushed to take action, a different kind of action, you know, and embrace a new way of thinking all of that kind of stuff. And so when I hit that really low point, it came to me through the book, The Alchemist, you know, and it gave me this whole different, like, I remember reading it and just thinking why.
Why is nobody ever told me this before, it gave me this whole different approach this different perspective on living life. And really what it is it's living life in accordance with the universal laws. And the universal laws. Essentially, just explain how life works. You know that life isn't just a random series of events, like just stuff happening around us. And I always think whenever I kind of talk about this, I always think of like David Attenborough documentaries, loved back in the day. No, I'm thinking about this. But like, back in the day in my 20s, you know, big nights out and have partying and all kinds of fun. My favorite thing when I wasn't feeling so well, the next day was like chilling on the couch with a pizza, watching a documentary Anywho. But I always think of them because like, they're so mind blowing, when you see how everything is like connected, you know, like, all this little bug over there is doing this thing, which affects that, like, we're all connected, we're all part of this, like giant ecosystem of the universe. You know, that's always moving. That's changing, that's evolving. And there's this like rhythm and sequence. And this way, it all happens. You know, that life isn't just happening. It's happening in terms of like this other stuff. And it's described, all that other stuff and the way that we're all comes together the way that life happens, the way that it's happening around you. It's described by the what are the 12 universal laws?
And these laws are just to list them out or probably do like, I'd love

For people who are on my email list as well sometime in September, I think we'll be doing that. But the 12 universal laws Law of One Divine oneness law of vibration law of correspondence, law of attraction, law of inspired action, the law of perpetual transmutation of energy, law of cause and effect law of compensation, law of relativity, law of polarity, law of rhythm and the law of gender. So what I really want you to understand, because like I said, I had a lot of stuff come up for me, I'll talk a little bit about this. And this is like, that stuff, is the reason I don't really explicitly talk about the law of attraction or the universal laws. But what I want you understand these laws, these weren't invented, like, this isn't something that someone has just kind of come up with, they describe how life works, you know, just like the law of gravity. It describes the phenomenon of gravity. It's not like the law invented gravity. And before the law was invented, then gravity wasn't around. But they literally just describe what happens in life. Like I said, that rhythm, the sequence, how things happen in the law, the universal laws just describe that, you know, you don't have to believe in gravity to have it work. It's always doing its thing. You know, and this is the same thing for the universal laws, you know, they aren't something that you believe in or not, and I think there is that kind of conversation out there, where it's like, Do you believe in the law of attraction, No, Baba, Baba, is not something that you need to believe in or not, they are always having an effect on you. You know, and just as a silly kind of example, it's not like you fall over and you say, that was the law of gravity at work, you know, similarly, like, you can be feeling like absolute crap, your energy, just like below below, you know, and then you attract in, you know, the guys that reflect that the guys that, you know, if you're feeling really like unworthy of love, all of that kind of stuff, then you're going to attract the guys that just reflect that and make you feel more unworthy. Like, they're gonna be non committal, you know, not wanting to, you know, you're doing all the legwork, and they're kind of not even acknowledging that you exist, you know, that sort of thing. Like you don't go, Oh my gosh, there's a law of attraction at work, it just seems like it's happening. So hopefully, that kind of gives you a bit of an understanding that these laws and the Law of Attraction is always having an effect. And really, when you become aware of them, and this is really what I experienced, and felt myself, like, when I read the alchemist, I was like, holy moly, like, I get this now. You know, when you understand the universal laws, it's like finally learning the rules of life. You know, you finally get it. Like I had that moment, I was like, this. Now, I know what I need to do. Because before that, I was really stuck in this place where I was like, why is like saying this all the time to myself? Why is life so mean to me? Why does everybody else get this? And I don't have that. Why is it so hard? Why is it this, it's because I wasn't living my life, I didn't understand the universal laws. And I wasn't living my life in accordance with them. So it's like learning the rules of life. And even, like, just we just finished school holidays here, and the kids, my kids had a ton of time with their cousins, you know, and like, as kids do, making games at all have like, really complicated, crazy kind of rules that seem to change a bit. But my little guy, my four year old son, he was getting really frustrated, because he didn't know the rules of the game that they were playing. So he kept losing, they kept saying, No, you're not winning, you're not this, whatever, whatever, getting more and more frustrated, and then it was like, Okay, well, let's just explain. Like I came in and said, Let's just explain what he needs to do. Finally, he knew what he needed to do. So he could actually play the game. He wasn't so frustrated. So if you're someone like me back in the day, like feeling really frustrated by life feeling like why is it so hard for me? Why do I never get the break? Why this why that like, I'm Why am I so like, victim you kind of place to be
that it's because you're not playing the game of life with the rules. You learn the rules, and you get out of that place of frustration, all of a sudden, it's like, holy moly, I know what I need to do. You know, until you understand the rules, you've got no chance of winning the game, learn the rules, and all of a sudden, what you need to do become so clear, and like I said, even just talking about this now, like I remember that moment after reading the alchemist, and that's not explicitly about the universal laws, either, but it was just it imparted all of that where it's like, here's this other way that life is actually happening.
And I was like, Oh my gosh, I finally feel like I've unlocked something that's actually going to be so insanely helpful to me and it was you know, and after reading that book, it spurred me on to learn like I was like, Okay, I gotta figure this frickin thing out.
I'm sorry, spurred me on, like I've talked about before became the
It's like absolute recluse like spent months reading podcasts like figuring it all out researching, what do I need to know about all this up, obviously came across the secret and the law of attraction in amongst all of that. And I remember when all of that, like the secret kind of came out. I don't know how back in I think it was beget like early this century to say that yet. I don't know for some reason I want to say 2006. But I don't know if that was actually true or not Anyway, whatever, whenever it came out, and I remember that coming out, and it wasn't, and I remember like Oprah talking all about it and the law of attraction and thinking what
really, like you just sit around and you think about what it is that you want. And then somehow it appears, like, totally dismissed it. And I think there was a lot of that kind of conversation around where it was like, That's not like, this is let's not like that's just completely not OBS. So when I came across it again, like after reading the Alchemist and kind of having this like, mind blowing moment of like, okay, there's a different way to live my life I came across it again, didn't watch the movie at all. That really, I don't know, the movie just does not resonate with me at all. But I read the book, and I was like, Okay, this kind of is starting to make sense. Now, in terms of everything else that I'm learning, like I get, there's this other way, there's these rules to living life that I'm just kind of discovering, you know, and this honestly, this is a really big conversation for me, because what I have been teaching, like I said, what I've been teaching here and coaching people through uses the universal laws, but I haven't had this conversation. Because like I said, it's because of this stuff that I had these kinds of beliefs in these opinions that I had, that I kind of developed, you know, and heard about the secret and the law of attraction, where it's like, that's just like, woowoo BS, that's like, just insane people. You know, so I had a lot of this stuff come up. And then when I was starting to learn about it all and thinking, Okay, this is actually starting to make some freakin sense, then that, really, it forced me to face a lot of that, you know, plus the fact that when I was learning all of this stuff, like there wasn't any of my friends, nobody that I worked with my family, nobody else was really talking about this. So I was like, Okay, I'm on this sort of path by myself, where I'm having this trying to figure all of these things out.
It seemed something to me that was like really important to learn about, but at the same time, because it wasn't part of like the conversations that I was having, or what people were talking about around me. And because I had all that previous stuff, like, you know, it's just woowoo, weirdo, New Age crap that's like, whatever. You know, I had a lot of those fears, and like fears of being judged. Fears of people thinking that I was someone who was weird and crazy. And like, why would you even believe that? And I think it's really funny. It's really funny, because I haven't realized how much I still had been holding on to that until recently. So I'm really excited actually, to be talking about the law of attraction explicitly. You know, and I haven't done this, I guess I really haven't done this. Because I've had all those sorts of fears, like I talked about, but I also haven't really, I haven't wanted you guys to be put off either. Because I know I had to deal with a lot of that. Whereas like law of attraction, like I already dismissed that, like years ago is like BS that's not doesn't apply to real life, or doesn't apply to me. And I really don't want you guys to be put off in that same kind of way. But I've been having some really epic conversations with a lot of people who are listening to this right now I know.
But really, just that my that kind of like perspective that I have had where I'm like, oh, people are going to be put off by talking about this. I don't know that that's necessarily true. So I would love like, I would love if you reached out to me either, like DM me, send me an email, whatever it is, like and just answer that kind of question for me. Are you put off by the law of attraction? Is there something there like I had, where it was like, Oh, I don't want to go down that path. That's like, not me. Like, I don't want to be judged for being weird, or woowoo, all of that kind of stuff. I'd be really interested to know, kind of a side note there. Anyway, so like I said, I had this massive push this month after having some epic chats with you guys. And it just it's just been coming up and coming up and coming out. Just to come out and talk about the law of attraction. Particularly because I have been it's so interesting and so ironic how all this stuff happens. And I'll talk about this in a sec. But you know, obviously this month I've been really talking about attraction 101 which is like the mini course that I've had, and I've been saying, you know, this is gonna help you like and this is what it's designed to do is like help you attract, you know, the guys that you want to date your dream men into your life. What I haven't really explicitly said
head about the attraction 101 It's literally how to use the law of attraction to attract your dream guy, you know, and now I just there's something that has happened. And I'm like, dude, let's just talk about it finally. And I trust that you're ready to hear this, you know, and that you're not going to just dismiss this as crap. Because really, this is like the rules of the game. And when you think about, like having your dream relationship in your, like having that in your life, like the first step is all about attracting someone into your life. And the law of attraction literally tells you how to do that, you know, so the information that you get in attraction, what I want is literally how to use the law of attraction to attract who it is that you want to have into your life. So anyway, okay, so what is the law of attraction, so the law of attraction states, states, that which is likened to itself is drawn, so like attracts, like, and it applies to absolutely everything in the universe. So tangible things like objects, people in situations, and also intangible things like thoughts, feelings, and emotions. So you might have the, like, random thought popped into your mind, which happens to us all, where you're worrying about something in the future, like will I ever find love, and then some other thought is drawn in that's exactly there's like on that same kind of vein, and it makes you feel a certain way. And then all of a sudden, it builds and builds and builds, and an hour later, you're just like, completely freaking out about something. That is the law of attraction at work. And it all comes down to your energy. So this is really where the law of attraction works hand in hand with the law of vibration. So the law of vibration states that we're, we're all made up of energy, energy that's in a constant state of motion. And that motion is determined by by vibration. So where your energy is at, like attracts like, you know, so you're constantly like, you're constantly putting energy out into the world. And that energy is constantly attracting situations, events, experiences, people that are direct match your energy. So really simply, you feel friggin amazing, like your energy really is your feeling like that's how your energy is actually experienced through your feelings. So you feel really good, you're going to attract good things, good people, good situations into your life, be like crap, on the other hand, and that's exactly what you're going to be attracting in. I also want to say to you cannot be s the law of attraction, like and this is, I think, where a lot of people get really confused. And I think where the secret is, particularly the movie, maybe
only seen it once. But I think a lot of people get really confused where it's like, Just Be positive, be positive, be positive, slap the smile on your face. Yeah, I feel amazing. When underneath, there's all this stuff that's happening. So it's not as simple as just whacking a smile on your face and pretending like everything is all hunky dory. Like I said, You cannot follow the law of attraction. So you may be like, Oh, but I was like really happy today. You know, if that's hiding something underneath that you haven't yet dealt with like trauma, sadness, pain, you know, resentment, all of that kind of stuff, then you're going to continue to attract what is at that energetic level. But by applying the law of attraction into your own life, you know, you get this incredible clarity over Why sit over, like the reason why situations occur as they do. And more importantly, what you can do to shift your energy to like, change who, what, everything that you're attracting into your life. And it is freakin amazing how fast this works. So like I said, I had a few reminders of my own about the law of attraction this month. And it's so frickin ironic, which is why I wanted to do this episode, because I was like, this is all like full circle kind of a situation. So like I said, I've been talking a lot about attraction, one on one and just attraction in general this month. And it's been really interesting, because probably about two weeks ago, I was like, okay, like expected a whole lot of people to be joining attraction. 101 I was like, where are they? Like, obviously, a few people joined but I was like, wasn't exactly the response that I had expected. You know, when I got to this place, I was like feeling really frustrated, stock fearful, like going into this spiral, like one thought comes into your mind. Hello, 1000 other feel fearful thoughts? And all of a sudden, you're like, Why do I feel so crap? So I was like, Okay, what do I do about this? And I went, as you know, we are, you know, trained to do from way back in the day. What do I need to do to change this from an action kind of perspective, which isn't what I usually do, but that's how you respond to things when you're in that fearful place. So I think that's a whole other conversation we'll be having very soon.
But it was like, Okay, let me just look at some of the emails that I sent all of this sort of thing. And then it hit me like a friggin ton of bricks in my face. I was like, I'm not actually practicing what I preach like I was looking at all attraction what I want and this is what you need to do. And this is like, you know, the content and all that kind of stuff. And I was like, I ain't doing that. Like I'm not actually practicing. This is all my
Energy is freaking off. You know, I'm stuck in this place where I'm feeling really fearful and anxious and worried and all of that kind of thing. No wonder nobody's wanting will not nobody, but I'm not having the response to attraction one on one that I wanted, you know, so immediately I was like, Dude, you got to do the work, you got to shift this energy, Emily, you know, so I did that I practice what I now preach, I practice what I preach.
Did the work that I have been doing now for like the last 10 years, you know, and it's amazing how I'm human to when I fall off the bandwagon as well, you'll always get a reminder though, thank you live. But I put into work what I know works for me to shift my energy. And last week, five times the number of people joined attraction 101. And I didn't change anything, but my energy. And that is how freakin powerful this is. And that's what I really want you to understand you change your energy, doesn't matter what app you're on. Like, it doesn't matter if you're on an app at all. Like, it doesn't matter what you look like, it doesn't matter how long you wait to respond to a text message, you change your energy, and you're going to change who you attract. It's universal law. That's the rule of the game. Like that is the rule of the game. And I want you guys to try this. And it's amazing. Like, even thinking back to when I first tried all of this, and I was like, and I really got to a point where I was like I like yeah, law of attraction, this whole universal law thing, it seems really out there. It seems like it was coming up against who I felt I was like, I was like, I'm not one of those woowoo people, like sitting meditating with crystals and the whole thing. Like, that's not me and manifestation he, nobody else I know is talking about this. But I was at that point where I was like, I gotta try something. So I was like, Oh, well, I'll give this a go. And the thing that the way that this happens, and the way that your experiences and the way that so many women who have now been through my framework, the loved up effect experiences is the first thing you start to feel so different within you, when you do this work. When you start paying attention to your energy and doing the work to shift your energy. When you that becomes your focus. You feel frickin amazing. Like, I just even before recording this episode, I was just looking at some of the feedback from people who are going through attraction one on one or who have been through it, you know, and after each practice in there, it's like, oh, my gosh, the comments there, like, I feel amazing, I feel the shifts happening within me. That is the first sign that things are changing for you. You change your energy, it's universal law, you'll change who what everything that you attract into your life. Step two, or is not step two, but the effect number two that you will see, like after you experience those internal shifts, the people in your life will start to notice, and I hear this all the time, from the women that I work with, you know, where they're like, oh, my gosh, my friends and family like What have you done? That's different, you seem so different, you seem happier, you look different, your energy is different, like people actually noticed that, you know, and that's another sign because I think sometimes, you know, particularly if you're someone like me, and you're like I want the evidence like because when you talk about law of attraction, obviously, it's like this kind of nebulous sort of thing, like you can actually see it, it's hard to actually test to see whether or not it's working until you start to do it yourself, and you experience it for yourself. But this is really the way that you see that it is having an effect. It'll change how you feel first, it will change how people that know you, they'll start to comment and say You seem different, like what have you been doing? You seem like you've you know, glowing? For some reason? Did you get a facial a new haircut? It's like, No, it's my frickin energy that's changed. And then number three, you'll literally start to see different people show up into your life. You know, you'll get on the apps. And this is what so many women I experienced this myself, so many women that have gone through the loved up effects, say like you do, you take some time out, you take some time out to focus on your energy, you do this energy work, then you go back to the apps, and it's mind blowing. And it's so friggin exciting. When you see this happen. You get on there and you're like, Where was this guy? Where was that guy? I've never seen that guy before. Whereas previously and I remember having that kind of experience feel like I'm swiping through the same freakin people. Like literally the same guys keep showing up and showing up and showing up. I'm like, what, but this will actually change the people that you're attracting, you know, and that's really when you get that sense. And I love it when people send me messages and stuff and they're like, I'm mind blown by this. This is how life works. And I really want you to experience this for yourself. Like I want you to experience this for yourself. So how
How do you use the Law of Attraction and attraction to change who it is that you attract? really freakin simple like summarizing what I just said, step one, it's all also this is step one of my proven framework, the loved up effect . Step one is release yourself. And this is all about how you change your energy. But the first thing you need to do is really get clear about where your energy is add how you're feeling. And this isn't about BS saying like, I know this.
I know, I know, there's some perfectionists out there who are like, Yes, I'm amazing.
And no, no, you got to be really honest about how it is that you feel, you got to be really honest. And I've been somewhat, I'm someone who's, you know, I've been doing this work myself this inner work, you know, for the last 10 years, and I'm going through a really interesting program at the moment, I'll have some stuff coming out for you guys. And I'm learning at the moment. But part of this is like really sitting down and getting clear about how I feel about different aspects of my life. And I'm, usually I'm like, I usually have quite good self awareness. But sitting down and doing this exercise that I've been doing, I'm like, wow, there's a whole lot of stuff happening there that I wasn't aware of. And this is the thing, we get really good at hiding the uncomfortable feelings. You know, those feelings of resentment, particularly against ourselves, you know, against previous like relationships that you've had, you know, pain, frustration, disappointment, we hide it all down, because we don't necessarily want to feel it. So it's really important that you get really clear about how it is that you're feeling and all of that stuff that's under there. Because that's the stuff that you need to start to shift. Because if even if you've got that smile plastered on your face, and I used to do this myself, I'm like, Yeah, I'm fine. I love my life. But underneath I was like, so sad inside, you know, I didn't have the relationship I thought everybody else had, you know, I had these huge feelings of desperation, feeling unloved, insignificant. And so I was attracting all the guys that just reflected that the ones that didn't want relationships, you know, I want that I'd be trying my best to kind of get their attention, and then never really get much back, like never having relationships that went anywhere that really reflected that kind of desperation that I felt, you know. So then the next thing you need to do is essentially just do the work to shift the energy. And this is what release yourself. So step one of the loved up effect is all about giving you because I know
this is the other thing, when you say you have to do energy work, everybody's like, freak is energy work. And this is what I make really simple for you guys inside step one of the loved up effect , release yourself, because it's like, here is the work you need to do. The practices, the tools, the techniques, you know, really developing that clear awareness and understanding about what's happening within you and your energy. And then it's just taking the steps to release it all to understand where you're at, to really maximize your energy, your vibration, so that you're able to attract who it is that you want into your life, you know, so it's not as easy. And I think that's why a lot of people like just kind of diss on the law of attraction and all that kind of stuff. Because it's not just like positive thinking and put a smile on your face and all that sort of stuff. And I think a lot of people assume that that's what the law of attraction is all about. Just like think positive, think positive, think positive, when in fact, it's about really understanding what's happening within you. And taking action, the practices like in a healing, energy clearing, grounding your energy, the somatic practices, to help you release all that stuff that's there, you know, because if you had never done energy work before, you're carrying around so much,
so much stuff that just until you bring that awareness, you don't realize how you're so pulled down by, you know, experiences that you've had in your past, you know, relationships that haven't gone the way that you wanted, disappointment from like all of this stuff until you actually release it, it's there, it is there. And that's why like I love straight up inside release yourself. It's all about energy clearing.
But you do get a really epic snippet of all of that. So there's there in relation yourself. There's like well over 40 practices, tools and techniques. And I give you that kind of framework of how to integrate them into your daily life. So it's not, don't worry, it's not about doing like 40 practices a day. It's about having that daily awareness and then saying, Okay, this is where I'm at. This is the practice I need to get to where I want to be from an energetic perspective, so I can attract who I want into my life. But like I was about to say, joining attraction one on one, it's really your first step. If you want to get more of an understanding about how the law how to use the law of attraction to attract like who you want into your life, then 100% Get inside attraction
One to One. And then your next step from there is going into release yourself, where you access that whole library of practices. And it really gives you everything that you need.
Not just now. And I think that's the other really big point too, it's about really understanding that your energy is going to shift and change. There's no hidden to it. Every time I say that, I'm like, I don't say that to like, overwhelm you and be like, Oh my God, there's no end to this. But your energy shifts and change, you're out there in the world, you're bumping up against other people, like, you know, you're getting triggered by situations, all of that kind of stuff. So it's insanely important that you have. And while this is why I love release yourself so much, I use all the practices myself, like when I said, I did the work last week, to shift my energy, I went into release yourself and I did a whole bunch of practices that are inside that to get me out of that energy and into the energy that I wanted to be in. So I could attract who you know, the people who are right to join attraction when I want into attraction one on one.
I was saying something, you know, totally forgotten what it was.
But yeah, what was I saying?
So yeah, if you want to understand, you know how to use the law of attraction in order to attract who it is that you want into your life, if you want to understand how to become aware of your energy at the deepest kind of level, get a sense of what energy work actually is what it actually involves, then get yourself into attraction one on one, and know that your next step after that is joining release yourself. So getting access to step one of the loved up effect, where you'll find that, you know, a huge library of practices that I use myself all the time, you know, and that so many of the women and completely loved up like, you know, every live call that we do, it's always like, I think maybe you need to go do these practices. You know, this is a process a journey that, you know, continues, you know, because like I said, you know, you're out there in the world, you're getting bumping up against people, you're getting triggered by things, your energy is always shifting and changing. It's always moving. It's not like you get to this point where you're like, okay, good, my energy is amazing, and it's just gonna stay there. This really is about living your life in a different kind of way having practices that support you so that you're able to live your life according to the rules like according to the law of attraction and attract who it is that you want into your life.
