Finding Love Doesn't Mean What You Think It Does

Sep 04, 2026

Finding love can feel HUGE, right?!

Like there’s this massive weight on your shoulders and somehow it’s up to you to go out into the world and find that one person.

It’s a lot of responsibility.

A lot of pressure.

And so you search.

You swipe on the apps. Scope out single men whenever you’re out. Wonder if you need to move somewhere with more single men. Redownload the app you deleted three days ago because maybe you gave up too soon.

And every time you get excited about a man and he fades away before you even get on a date…

Or three months in he tells you you’re great but he’s not looking for anything serious…

It feels like you’re getting further and further away from love.

So you ramp up the search even more.

No wonder dating has become so bloody exhausting.

You’ve been trying to find love... which is exactly why you haven’t.

Because when you say you want to “find love”, what you’ve really been trying to find is a man and a relationship in the hope that they’ll finally bring you love.

But the man and the relationship are only ONE form that love takes.

Love comes first.

Always.

And if you keep searching for the relationship without first understanding love, you’re waiting for water from a hose that isn’t connected.

You can keep dating, searching, swiping and trying to find him, but it never actually leads you to what you wanted in the first place.

It sounds like a small shift, but honestly it changed EVERYTHING when it comes to dating and how easy (or hard!) is is for you to find love.

If finding love has started to feel like this enormous job that somehow rests entirely on your shoulders, you have to listen to this episode where I explain exactly what all this means for you in detail.

“Finding" love is about to mean something very different... and it HAS to if you ever want the man, the relationship, the love.
